Terms of use

1. Acceptance

By using codebreakinggame.com ("Code Breaking Casino") you accept these terms of use. If you cannot accept the terms, do not use the platform. The terms apply to all visitors and registered users.

2. Operator

The platform is operated by Logic: code breaking, Amagerfælledvej 108, 2300, København, Denmark. Contact: [email protected].

3. Age requirement — 19+

You must be 19 years or older to register. This requirement is stricter than the legal requirement (18+) and is a voluntary safeguard for young adults. By confirming the age verification you declare that you meet the age requirement. We reserve the right to close accounts where the age requirement is not met.

4. Agent specialization — legal statement

The agent specialization system (Cryptographer, Hacker, Detective) is a cosmetic and bonus-based system. The choice does NOT affect the random number generator (RNG), the probability of winning or the outcome of any game in any way. Starting bonuses are one-time gifts of Code Coins with no monetary value. You can switch specialization at any time under Settings → My Agent.

5. Not gambling

Code Breaking Casino is a free social casino. It is NOT gambling under the Danish Gambling Act (Lov om spil), because:

• no real money is deposited;
• no real money can be won;
• Code Coins have no monetary value.

A license from the Danish Gambling Authority is not required.

6. Free email subscription

The subscription is FREE. No payment is required. The subscription grants access to additional games and opt-in to marketing emails (compliant with the Danish Marketing Practices Act). You can unsubscribe at any time without losing game access.

7. Code Draw — not a lottery

Code Draw is a free social game. No monetary participation is required. It does not meet the definition of a lottery in the Danish Gambling Act. Prizes are paid exclusively in Code Coins with no monetary value.

8. Code Coins

Code Coins are the platform's virtual currency and are subject to the following restrictions:

• no monetary value;
• cannot be exchanged for money;
• cannot be transferred to other users;
• cannot be purchased for real money;
• earned only through play.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes are handled by Danish courts.
